Structural Concrete Rehabilitation

For Structural Engineer

Our concrete repair and rehabilitation system provides a solution unlike any other concrete repair system. It increases compressive and flexural strength and restores concrete pH level to at least 11. In most cases, you will not need to rip and replace damage concrete. Our solution is a noninvasive approach to repairing your concrete.

Testing of compressive strength on core samples, showed an increased compressive strength was best measured at 194% — with typical increase of from 20% -50%. Testing showed an increase in “flexural and tensile strength—with reduced delamination and failure on tensioned concrete.”

Post treatment analysis demonstrated increased hardness and resistance to abrasion.

In most cases, projects can be completed within 48 hours. The project workflow is a simple 3 Step process of cleaning or prepping, priming the surface and then applying the treatment solution which penetrates deep into the concrete substrate.

In the end, you can rest assured that your project will last for decades to come.

Test Results

The primary concrete rehabilitation agent has been submitted for a number of tests. Two are presented here for your review. Our rehabilitation process takes aged and deteriorating concrete—and restores it to a condition where the integrity of the rehabilitated concrete will last for well over 30 years.

Moisture Mitigation Test

The primary agent was applied to porous concrete (CMU) block. Note that 0 is untreated, 1 and 2 is the treated portion of the CMU. Water beads on the treated sections demonstrate the product effectiveness on treated sections.

Phenolphthalein pH Test

Two sets of concrete core samples demonstrate the effect of treated to untreated concrete (left image). After the restoration product solution was applied to the substrate level, the pH was lifted from 8 to 11 and more. Newly poured concrete has a pH of 12 to 13.
